Case Study
April 1 Pilot: 2.3MT Avocado Export
Demonstrating institutional capacity through physical execution. A complete breakdown of our 2,300kg Hass avocado aggregation and grading cycle.
Execution Overview
On April 1st, PureBridge Trading successfully executed a 2,300kg pilot aggregation of export-grade Hass avocados directly from our verified network in Gakui. This operation validates our physical supply chain architecture, ensuring complete control from farm gate to FOB loading.
The Process
1. Source Aggregation (Gakui)
Farmers mobilized through the SokoAfrica network. 2,300kg of raw material received, logged, and weighed at the primary collection center within 48 hours.
2. Grading & Vetting (Mukoe)
Product transported to the Mukoe grading facility. Rigorous sorting applied to isolate Grade A and Grade B export quality. Defective yields rejected immediately.
3. Export Preparation
Final phytosanitary checks and cold-chain staging prepared. Awaiting final US buyer assignment for container loading and seal application.
